Microsoft sales on Minecraft reaches new milestone.

Console edition of open-ended sandbox
game reaches new milestone.

The Console 360 edition of Minecraft has now marketed over 7 thousand copies, designer Mojang declared today over Twitter.

"Minecraft on Xbox has now marketed 7 thousand copies!!! CRAZY! =D," states business designer Daniel Kaplan.

It is uncertain if this figure is referencing the Console Live Video arcade edition, the disc-based retail store edition, or combined revenue of both. Mojang was not immediately available to opinion.

The XBLA edition of Minecraft surpassed 6 thousand units marketed at the end of April, while the disc-based version released this month and broke retail store records in the United States.

Meanwhile, the PC/Mac/Linux edition of Minecraft recently surpassed 11 thousand duplicates marketed.
